Kathy Belcher was born in Liverpool, England, and has lived in Salem since 1980. She earned her undergraduate degree from George Fox University and her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. Licensed in Oregon, the Federal District Court of Oregon, and the Ninth Circuit, Kathy specializes in estate planning and elder law, including wills, trusts, advance directives, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and probate. She serves as a founding board member and past president of the Alzheimer’s Network of Oregon, as well as on the executive committee of the OSB Elder Law Section.

With a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School, an MBA from Portland State University, and extensive experience spanning estate planning, probate, family law, business consulting, and legal aid, Veronica has represented clients in matters from asset protection and tax-efficient legacy planning to litigation, mediation, and pro bono business and immigration services across multiple firms and organizations since 2017.

Kevin Conner has been a dedicated attorney since 1994, representing thousands of clients with integrity and relentless advocacy. A proud husband and father of three, he is deeply involved in community service — from coaching youth sports to serving on the school board and volunteering with nonprofits. His career spans roles as Tribal Prosecutor, Tribal Judge, College Professor, and Paralegal Instructor. A member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Kevin takes the most pride in building lasting, trusted relationships with the clients he fights for every day.
