McGinty, Belcher, Conner & Smith is an estate planning law firm and an affiliate of Kevin Conner Law Oregon, LLC. Merkel & Conner is a personal injury law firm, also owned by Kevin Conner Law Oregon, LLC. While both firms share a common ownership structure, they operate as completely separate entities, with distinct practice areas, staff, and client files.

 

Charges for services may sometimes appear under Kevin Conner Law Oregon, LLC or under Merkel & Conner due to shared administrative or support services. However, all client matters, communications, and records are maintained separately and confidentially by each firm, unless a client specifically engages both firms for a matter that requires collaboration.

 

Both firms are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics. The affiliate relationship is intended to provide operational efficiencies while ensuring that clients receive specialized legal services appropriate to their needs.
